Neepsend Craft Beer Festival. Next Friday & Saturday (27th & 28th Feb). We’re bringing six beers. Three of them are pouring for the very first time. Fresh out the tanks and straight into festival mode. Partners in Crime – 5.1% Citra & Nelson Sauvin New England Pale. Soft, juicy, and dangerously drinkable. It was our biggest seller at Neepsend last year, so we had to bring it back. Some beers just belong at this festival. Curb Stomp – 8.0% West Coast IPA. Bold, bright and unapologetically bitter. Big citrus, piney snap, and that crisp finish that makes you go straight back in for another sip. Not here to behave itself. Dark Side – 5.3% Chocolate fudge brownie stout. Smooth, rich and properly indulgent without being heavy. Think silky chocolate, roasted malt and the kind of pint you suddenly crave once the sun dips and the music kicks in. Now for the new ones… 🆕 Gralefrit – 5.5% Pink Grapefruit IPA. Zesty, punchy and built for festival drinking. Bright citrus upfront, clean bitterness behind it, ridiculously refreshing. 🆕 A Certain Romance – 6.5% NEIPA. Soft, hazy and bursting with tropical fruit. Mango, stone fruit, a little white grape energy - all wrapped up in that pillowy body we love brewing. Proper juice. 🆕 City of Bridges – 5.5% American Pale. Crisp, balanced and quietly confident. Citrus and pine layered over a clean malt base. The kind of beer you end up coming back for twice without even realising. Three debuts. Two days. Come and find us. 🍻

NOW FIVE YEARS LATER ON… IT’S FINALLY IN THE TANK Some things are worth the wait. Today we were absolutely buzzing to finally welcome @dualitybrewco to Shireoaks for a collab that’s been a long time coming – brewed especially for @sheffbeerweek and @indiebeerfeast Synth City Celebration. With both breweries known for going hard on the hops, this one could only go one way… A NZ IPA absolutely stacked with Motueka and Nelson Sauvin 🌿🍇 Big aroma, big flavour, and a proper meeting of minds. We can’t wait to see how this one comes together – and even more excited to be pouring it at Indie Beer Feast as part of Sheffield Beer Week. Exciting day at Duality HQ! Not going to lie, getting these new fermentation vessels through the doors today felt a bit surreal. When we started Duality, we didn’t know exactly where this road would lead. But thanks to this incredible community, we’ve taken a big step forward and are ready to ramp up our production! We also have to say a huge thank you to @elitestainlessfabrications . You guys absolutely smashed it with the manufacturing - the quality is just next level, as always! Best meet the brewer ever?! That’s what a lot of the crowd were saying last night as Ben and Brendan from @dualitybrewco joined us at The Bear for a very rare event with an absolutely cracking line up of 8 of their fine beers. They have worked their socks off to bring us such a great range of beers, pales from 5-8.4%, a west coast DIPA, a sour and even stouts that they have just recently canned, and everything went down a treat with the gang! More on the beers later, but a HUGE thank you to Ben and Brendan, absolutely top blokes making some of the best beer in Sheffield! They even made a beer specially for the event with my two favourite hops, Azacca and El Dorado 🥹😍 Don’t miss out on them! We are huge fans of Ben and Brendan’s work, and they’re smashing chaps as well! They released their first ever beer, Fresh Start Fever, at The Old Shoe as they are big fans of our bar, so it was natural to have them pour at the first festival last year, and great to have them back again. Definitely one of the smallest output breweries in Sheffield currently, but doing mighty fine things! @dualitybrewco - keep an eye out for their beer, or try it at Old Shoe Beer Fest!

2024 - What a Year! What a ride it’s been for us at Duality. It’s wild to think we only launched in March – we’re not even a year old yet – but so much has happened in such a short time. We kicked things off with our first commercial release, Fresh Start Fever, brewed with the legends at @elusivebrew . Launching it at @theoldshoebar in Sheffield was a moment we’ll never forget, especially with (nicest man in beer) Elusive’s Andy Parker making the trip to celebrate with us. By May, we were pouring the same beer at @northernmonk ’s @hopcityleeds festival, which was honestly a dream come true! The summer brought more excitement with the Old Shoe Festival, where our NEIPA, Imposter Syndrome, became the best-selling beer of the event – something we’re still buzzing about! October was a big one, too. We moved into our new space in Neepsend/Kelham Island, launched our first-ever cask beers at Kelham Island Beer Festival (@sheffbeerfest ), and got involved in Collabageddon 2024, brewing two fab beers with the awesome @neighbourhoodbc and @elusivebrew . To round things off, Ben welcomed a new little one into the world in December – an incredible way to end the year! We’re so grateful to everyone who’s supported us so far. Every pint poured and every kind word has meant the world to us. Here’s to making 2025 even bigger!
