🎶: Love @buntmusic @johanlenox 📍: @ampedstudios . . . making it a 2026 goal to be more introspective and learn more about myself through dance and self expression! so here’s a little reflection of what i was feeling as i was dancing to this song if you even care lol. getting older and watching the people around me constantly fall in and out of relationships has always given me mixed feelings. i’m genuinely happy to witness the people i love find love in their romantic partners, but i’d be lying if i said there wasn’t a part of me that feels sad and left behind. at times, i wonder if there’s something wrong with me as i feel like i never open myself up to the idea of being in a relationship. but as time marches forward, ive come to the realization that this feeling of pure bliss isn’t necessarily always found in a partner. i used to think that i needed someone else to love me unconditionally to feel complete, but dance has shown me that i can experience this feeling on my own accord! falling in love with dance honestly has felt like falling in love with myself, and im so grateful to be chasing this feeling! i know that there isn’t a singular way to define falling in love, but for me, falling in love feels like letting go of any expectations and limiting beliefs and just allowing yourself to be your true authentic self, whether that be with another person, multiple people, or just by yourself! and dance has enabled me to do just that! i feel so blessed and full of love!

🎶: find u @itsdemotapes 📍: @closessions . . . throwback to this beautiful day back in May when i last minute full sent a solo mission to sf just to see @itsdemotapes when @closessions let me off the waitlist the morning of the event LOL! it was such a beautiful day in sf and you had to go on a little hike to get to the spot and it was literally just the perfect day for me! good music and good vibes out in beautiful mother nature like what more can i ask for? . . . just saw @itsdemotapes post about how he wanted the songs in his EP Last Night I Had This Dream that he released earlier this year to reflect both the beauty and chaos in going though changes in life, and honestly that really sums up my year for me. the tracks on this EP and this day in particular really helped me get closer to finding what i’ve been searching for throughout my dance journey. though i can’t say i’ve found exactly what that is yet,,, it helped me realize the beauty of the journey itself and all the changes that it’s brought along with it!
