Omg, What A Day! 🙌
The first Double Zero Drift Challenge has been run and it has been won 🏆
Where do we start… a massive thank you to every driver and spectator that made the effort to come out yesterday to Queensland Raceway 🙌 Especially those that travelled to join us, or worked hard to make their car compliant!
Double Zero tried to introduce a different style of competition into QLD and Australia, where the emphasis of the drivers run was judged on the entry alone, 60/100 points where allocated to the first box alone. Channelling D1 lights and old school D1SL, the cars also had to resemble this style.
The judges,
@marcello_trinco
@ghost.krft
@benbennygibson
These men were up to the task of this mission! Can’t thank them enough. They were very strict in judging criteria but rewarded the drivers that really showed off their style, and drivers that listened to the brief! Entry will win or lose your run
The commentators!

@paulharoldd
I truly believe these two men actually made the event. The professional aspect they brought to the commentary, knowing the cars and the drivers info, but also the sponsors. More importantly, they added their own flamboyant, comedic touch which really made it an exciting experience to watch and listen to.
The live stream really blew us away 😍
Take a bow the team at the
