Engine bay fabrication part 2 .
Old damaged factory wheel tubs have been removed and Matty has welded the brand new rex kelway tubs in.
Aswell as repaired where my front left head light was mounted as the impact from the wall did a good job of making a mess of that corner of the car .
Now we are removing all the factory seam sealer in the wheel arches to spray all brand new stuff in there to keep it from rusting in the future and so it looks nice and new .
As always a massive thanks to @mathewherne being the weapon he is for all the fab work. we have heaps to go but there is no rush as we want the engine bay to be ridiculous.
One of our custom designed, cnc laser cut baffled catch cans for @brendanjzx83 z20 soarer. With a Fully built 2jz with the rings gapped for 30psi it needed a can to suit 😎
Engine bay part pt .1
Makes me feel good knowing we are back getting things done on the s13.
Yesterday @mathewherne shaved a lot of the engine bay from the rad support , strut towers , chassis rails , fire wall , aswell as that we plated and shaved where the old heater core lines went through the fire wall aswell as air conditioning.
Next is to cut out the factory tubs to put the kelway tubs in .
Once they are in and welded up we will put the motor back in and start all the new intercooler piping , catch can , mount intercooler , mount oil cooler etc .
