Dominique Wells (@domowells ) is shaping the way women’s sports look — and feel — right now. She designs merch across all 16 NWSL clubs, leads creative for the Washington Spirit, and serves as creative director for tennis star Taylor Townsend. After leaving a powerful career in music, she stopped taking quick-hit collaborations and started insisting on real access, real time, and real impact — building work teams couldn’t ignore. In the process, she’s proving that women’s sports deserve the same cultural care as fashion, music, and art.
For the re-launch of #HowIGetItDone, our series where successful women talk about managing their careers and lives, we're starting with Wells. Read the full interview at the link in our bio.
