Here’s clip of God Forbid “The Lonely Dead” from my demo at @ikmultimedia at NAMM. Thanks to them for having me. Guitarists have been asking about the tone here and this demo was for the ToneX modeler going stereo through the ToneX powered cabinets.
I used the stock @evhgear profiles and just EQed and added some effects to my liking. I brought an overdrive but it ended up better without. And my wah pedal was a @jimdunlopusa 95Q Auto Return. Which is my go-to. And of course my Japanese made ESP M-II guitar.
As you can hear, it sounds great. Now, I just need a couple of those Tonex cabs! Also big thanks to @markmenghi 🤘

This was actually the original riff I wrote for Bad Wolves song “Better Off This Way”. We ended up using the acoustic interpolation as the main motif but I still think this is one of the best riffs and solos I ever wrote.
