Fatin (she/her) is a Lenapehoking/NYC-based Palestinian organizer and DJ who has been serving the SWANA community and beyond since 2008. Her work sits at the intersection of music, culture, and political commitment. A lifelong advocate for Palestine, Fatin carries that advocacy into every space she plays—whether that’s a mall, a community gathering, or a club night. Her DJ sets move across genres while remaining rooted in Palestinian sound and memory. Through her ongoing project Ghanani, she is actively preserving Palestinian folklore songs and melodies, treating music as both archive and living practice. This work reflects a long-standing dedication to honoring tradition while allowing it to evolve. Fatin is currently developing original music inspired by Palestinian heritage, with a clear intention: to make it accessible, inclusive, and resonant for Palestinians in the homeland and across the diaspora. This set at Barzakh Café continues that practice—music as connection, continuity, and resistance. Barzakh Café also offers a curated selection of small plates and drinks. Guests are encouraged to arrive early, ease into the evening, and enjoy something from the kitchen or bar before the program begins. Happy Hour All Year. RSVP link in bio

Hi Everyone, Let’s party . . . in July. Unfortunately, due to low ticket sales, we are rescheduling; please save the tentative date of July 11th. If you bought a ticket, we’ll email you in the next two days offering you a refund or pre-paid ticket to the next one. We still do need your help raising funds to support our immigrant neighbors through legislation, mutual aid, legal advocacy, legal education, and community defense. If you are able to offer us something—$5, $20, $30—we deeply appreciate your support via bit.ly/IJDonation. We also have some cool events coming up! To learn more, subscribe to our newsletter at the link in bio or bit.ly/IJ_News. In solidarity, the Immigrant Justice Working Group Organizing Committee
