Don’t talk about it, do it. If you do the work, it speaks for itself. We live in a time of constant noise and very little action. Everyone has something to say. Very few are actually doing anything. Looking the part is easy. Doing the real work is not. Less talking. More doing. @emokegue you are a real example of consistency and strength ♥️💪🏼 📸 @titobench 💯

Glad for 2025! Very active year for exploration and project! Appreciate my dive buddies @divefrank and @patpicos for following me, accepting my craziness and sharing the passion of caves and exploration! Couldn’t be done without people you trust! More projects coming in 2026!

A week of cave diving in Florida goes far beyond the beauty of the dives themselves. What truly stands out is seeing familiar faces turn into friends, reconnecting with good friends, sharing experiences, and learning from a community of divers who are an inspiration in every way. And YES!! always by her side @emokegue 💛

Having someone by your side who shares the same drive, stays true no matter what, and is willing to go all in, makes the journey even more meaningful. That’s the real privilege. Grateful to share life with you, @emokegue ❤️ And of course, pinche @titobench capturing those spectacular shots just takes it all to another level 🆙📸

🥽 @divefrank @emokegue Photographer 📸 @titobench @lucamemorial.contest

Today we surveyed one of the most decorated cave passages we’ve ever seen, a place of absolute fragility where every movement must be precise and controlled. A true reminder of why cave conservation matters 🌍✨ #cavedivingmexico #scubadiving #cenotes

235 minutes below the surface. 934 meters of passage, surveyed with precision. DPVs running through a cave that demands advanced skills and full control. This is real-world cave diving — PURE commitment, PURE teamwork. And none of this would be possible without the best cave diver by my side @emokegue 💥 Playa del Carmen Underwater Resurvey and Exploration "PURE" @godivemex @guehq

🌱🌊🇲🇽 NEW PROJECT in 2025: Ponderosa Resurvey Project by PURE   The Ponderosa Resurvey Project was founded in December 2024 at GoDiveMEX Dive Center by a group of like-minded friends from the GUE diving communities of both Playa del Carmen and Tulum. We named our group PURE— Playa del Carmen Resurvey and Exploration — to reflect our commitment to precision, collaboration, and a deeper understanding of our local cave systems. The project brings together a dedicated community of cave divers with the goal of reexploring, surveying, and mapping the iconic Ponderosa cave system, one of the most popular and historically significant systems in the Riviera Maya. From the very beginning, our approach has been grounded in patience and quality. We took our first steps in January 2025 and continue to progress steadily with monthly resurvey dives, as time and conditions allow. Rather than racing for results, we are committed to producing accurate data, developing survey and cartography skills, and fostering a positive, inclusive community. This project is not just about lines and maps—it’s about building lasting connections among divers, creating a space for personal and collective growth, and enjoying the process of exploration.  📋 Minimum requirement to join is GUE Cave 2 certification. No previous experience in surveying or cartography is needed—we will teach you everything from the ground up, including the use of electronic survey tools and data processing techniques.
