I gave my dad my word I would change the world, now it’s time to make good on that promise.
A little under a year ago I went up to @dreamconvention and was inspired by the way @rdcworld1 is changing lives. I went home and prayed to the lord to make me into an inspiration, a symbol, and a testimony to those that come after me that you can close the distance on that distant dream. That same night I picked up the mantle DISTANT DREAMER and have been stumbling, winning, and forging ahead through life to one day make this world a better place and to pave the way forward.
Thanks to @raecomics and @tjsterlingart amazing comic books and them taking a chance on me to allow this collab, I was able to take one step closer to becoming that future version of me I see in my dreams.
I lost my brand before but this time I’m trying again with blind faith and determination with God as my foundation.

2024 was a year full of sin, doubt, temptations, setbacks, and weakness but even through all that 2024 was not a failure it was in fact eye opening. I was able to open up and meet new people that have changed my life in more ways than one, I ended a internal struggle, and I was even able to experience what it felt like to be in love. I tried doing things my way thinking if I tried hard enough things would change. Here I am now with nothing left but my destiny and the people God put in my life.
Lord I am done trying to rewrite your perfect script, I believe even though I have all of these transgressions I still have a purpose through you. I am a living testimony. I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for you and I thank you in advance for what is to come.
Your will is my way nothing more, nothing less, and nothing else. I leave 2025 in your hands.

Had the opportunity to represent @dcfashiondesign at the @dallascollegetx board meeting!! I’m blessed beyond words that the Lord selected me to represent my classmates. Even through all the hardships and obstacles it took to get here my faith saw me through.
“Our program is a garden” when I said those words it made my heart flutter because I’ve seen first hand the transformation and growth that comes with this program.
I pray that the lord helps me to continue to light the path ahead and continues to make me into a better man.

@vennyetienne rocking a custom kimono!! This is a full circle moment because the first kimono I ever made was during my internship at @levenity !! He even helped me to make my first kimono for @lecrae whose music helped me through many of storms.
The @levenity internship was more than just a internship it was a home and a safe place that allowed me to grow. He put me in rooms that I didn’t ever see myself in and helped prepare for my senior collection. He not only taught me how to be a better designer but a better human and how to have a better perspective on life. I owe a lot to him and I can’t wait to see what God has planned for us in the future!!
Let’s just say Venny has a lot more kimonos in his future 😂😂!!
