Land of Wells is the name once given by the inhabitants of the Tunisian desert to a territory bounded to the north by the Chott el-Djérid, to the south by the Grand Erg Oriental, to the east by the Djebel Dahar, and to the west by the Algerian border. Even today, a constellation of wells marks the routes of nomads and former nomads who have settled and lived in this environment for centuries. These water points are places of refuge, sources of life—for them, for their livestock, and for the wild flora and fauna. These wells are spaces of hospitality to all living things, to the living. But for how much longer? This book is a first and foremost conceived and produced as a worksite journal, telling the story of repairing a well in the desert — its failures and successes — while also recounting the experiences, encounters, and reflections that led to this project. Published on the occasion of the Land of Wells exhibition at the @le32bis art space. The book has two readings directions: you can read Arabic or English by turning it 180 degrees. Dans la poussière, je suppose (2025), œuvre hantée, 12,5 cm x 18,5 cm, pièce de l’exposition Empreintes Spectrales, first solo show. [PRE-ORDER OPEN] Je suis très heureux de vous dévoiler une partie de l’exposition à venir le 3 avril avec cette création – un objet sur lequel j’ai eu une liberté totale et dont je suis particulièrement fier. Il s’agit d’un livre hybride, en deux parties. La partie Une présente une réalité sur le monde sous couvert d’une légende urbaine : poèmes, archives et textes dans mise en page graphique évolutive. La couleur du texte passe du noir au rouge, et le sens de lecture s’inverse : il faut retourner le livre pour débuter la partie Deux. Réflexions, inspirations, constructions: autour de l’exposition Empreintes Spectrales et du texte que vous tenez entre les mains. Ceci n’est pas roman, mais une œuvre libre, composée de formes graphiques et expérimentales. Tirage limité et numéroté à 105 exemplaires. The Nomadic Alternative This book is the result of a pedagogical project led by the Atelier Lacaille Ayoub (autumn semester 2024) at the Accademia di Architettura di Mendrisio @usi_accademia on the theme of hospitality. 
Divided into three sites; Alba (IT), Giubiasco (CH) and Saint-Louis/Basel (FR,CH), this architectural project aims to show and to understand the living conditions of nomadic populations and to propose a project imagined by the students for each site, the Nomadic Alternative. Honored to have been part of such an informative and fulfilling project!! Strecke Records Archives 16-22 Plutôt que d’adopter une forme rétrospective, cette édition vise à ouvrir une fenêtre sur une petite ville, une période, des vies, des sons et formes d’art hybrides, un mouvement qui n’a de cesse d’évoluer et qui a donné, parmi tant d’autres, un souffle à la scène électronique suisse. Dans une énergie d’urgence et de spontanéité, loin de la standardisation des accès à la culture, la force commune des collectifs et labels agissant en partie hors des circuits légaux et institutionnels, réside en la création et l’entremêlement de communautés qui leur sont propres. En 2022, le collectif et label musical strecke records mettait fin à ses activités. Afin de célébrer les énergies déployées dans l’histoire de la musique libre, des collectifs, et faire honneur à cette mémoire, un groupe de travail et les Editions du Cric décident de fabriquer une édition composée d’archives visuelles et photographiques du collectif et label. Fondé en 2016 à Fribourg, en Suisse, il se reconnaît dans des styles allant de la bass music au continuum hardcore en passant par la techno. En organisant souvent illégalement concerts, performances, et projections de films, en signant 15 EP vinyl et digital de jeunes artistes, strecke records prend part à une scène underground foisonnante. Peu importe leur style musical, qu’ils durent 2 ou 10 ans, ces collectifs et labels, sont inscrits dans l’ADN de la musique électronique par leur passion furieuse et leur participation à l’émancipation artistique de ces scènes. Surrounded by surveillance cameras, hundreds of representations of the Virgin Mary inhabit the streets of Medellin. Placed strategically, they arouse admiration, promote peace and ease community tensions. In 1996, 4 Virgins were installed in the city's metro system, marking the beginning of the ‘Metro Culture’ project aimed at assigning a representation of the Virgin to each metro station. These 4 posters illustrate how this ‘divine surveillance’ competes with the function of cameras. This edition is the result of the Edgelands Institute symposium in Medellin, 2024. Entourées de caméras de surveillance, des centaines de représentations de la Vierge Marie habitent les rues de Medellin. Placées stratégiquement, suscitant de l’admiration, elles favorisent la paix et apaisent les tensions collectives. En 1996, 4 Vierges sont installées dans le métro de la ville, marquant le début du projet « Metro Culture » visant à attribuer une représentation de la Vierge à chaque station de métro. Ces 4 posters illustrent comment cette « surveillance divine » concurrence la fonction des caméras. Cette edition est l’aboutissement du symposium d’Edgelands Institute à Medellin, 2024.
