Here is how I shot and lit this interview. A 3 cam setup consisting of: Black Magic Pocket 6k + Rokinon 24mm T1.4 Sony A7RIII + 24-70mm lens Sony A7riv+ 50mm lens A boom microphone. It was able to capture sound perfectly from both subjects. For the lighting, I used the cross key lighting technique where the first light serves as a key light for subject B and a backlight for subject A and the second light serves a a key light for subject A and a backlight for subject B. The first light is the aputure 300d with a softbox and the second is an led light with a diffuser. Both set to around 5500k. When shooting this kind of multi cam interview, it's always advisable to use the same brand of cameras because it makes it easier to match the colors in post production. I didn't, but it's always best you use the same brand of cameras. Check last slide for a video explaining the setup. (PS: I made some changes to the position of the aputure light and the barn doors of the LED light after making that video but other than that, nothing much was changed.)
