I get the absolute privilege of Associate Directing @bonewarsthemusical coming to the Players Theater this summer! Bone Wars is a bold new musical comedy inspired by the unbelievable true story of Gilded Age paleontologists O.C. Marsh and Edward Drinker Cope. Their fierce rivalry led them to discover thousands of fossils, but their obsessive hatred destroyed them both. Now, more than a century after their deaths, a jury of dinosaurs will settle their historic feud — allowing one man to remain in the afterlife, and banishing the other to extinction.

Downward Mobility What a wonderful experience with @murmurationtheatreco ! I challenged myself to pick a script where the actors had very limited mobility throughout the show. I was quite nervous but with a phenomenal cast/team and an impressive script we ended up with something I’m so proud of! Come check out Downward Mobility at Teatro Latea this weekend! I got to learn all about Dungeons and Dragons this week! “How Do We Want To Do This” Is conceived by @gbackal and @la.espi . Directed by @gbackal , written by @la.espi with a very special campaign organized by @danegiuffre and Brandon Meeks. What a fun workshop and reading to be a part of! I can’t wait to see where this project goes next!

I have gotten the absolute honor of being the associate director on The Picher Project for the past several months. This production, with a book by @quentinmadia and incredible music by @lauren_pelaia explores what it means to love something even when it hurts you. With an incredibly unique insight into the real town of Picher, Oklahoma, otherwise known as “The Most Toxic Place in America.” This show will push you to look at how we treat each other and our land. To get to work on a project where you feel like your whole soul is in it, is a once in a lifetime experience. When I first read this script and listened to this music, this town’s story, and the story of the Quapaw nation, I felt like this show was exactly where I needed to be right now. If you haven’t gotten the chance to see this show it will be running one final weekend at @dixonplace . Get your tickets now! I hope it inspires you the way it has inspired me. “Home shouldn’t be where it hurts.” “Your home is here with me my dear.”
