We recently worked on a super cool show for our friend Kelly Davidson ( @kdstudio ) that highlights most of the services we offer. We digitized some old 35mm negs that Kelly shot at local shows in and around Boston. We printed and framed 5 silver gelatin fiber prints that we hung in front of a MASSIVE 60x144" collage held up by our wooden print hanger system. The final product is awesome so keep your eyes peeled for it! #silvergelatinprint #blackandwhitephotography #photography #boston #fineartprinting

If you have ever wondered if we can digitize large or oversized artworks, WE CAN! @lucycamp.art brought in this beautiful 36x48” acrylic and oil stick still-life for us to scan on our Phase One System.  How might we photograph a piece this large? Multiple captures, all with overlapping details are made, in a grid like fashion. Moving the painting, working corner to corner, we photograph and then digitally stitch the photos seamlessly together to compile one large image file! Perfect for making reproductions, or editions of works and for website purposes, or having high-res files to accurately represent your work!  In this case, Lucy received a 55x73” printable tiff, before it was resized! Truly quite amazing to see the resolving power of the Phase’s 150mp sensor! “This painting was a commission for friends, centered around a tabletop crowded with items that represent different parts of their lives. The cards, blueberries, peaches, and orange wine each hold personal significance for the clients. This piece became a launching point for Lucy’s continued focus on tabletops and meaningful, story-filled objects in her art practice. Lucy Camp is an artist based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She primarily works with acrylics and oil sticks, and is inspired by all things crowded tabletops—glasses, flowers, fruits, and more. Lucy loves bringing life, color, and play to everyday still lifes, and is especially drawn to texture and intuitive linework in her paintings.” Thanks so much for entrusting us to digitize your artwork Lucy! We’re excited to share our final round of introductions for the photographers featured in Witness — a group exhibition in support of Tamir Kalifa’s (@tamirhasacellphone ) multimedia performance, happening May 3 at Green Street Photo Collective in Jamaica Plain. Witness brings together powerful, deeply human work from across New England — alongside Tamir’s live performance blending photography, storytelling, and original music. Today: Alesandra “Dre” Gonzales (@dres.lens ), Emily Glick (@emilyglickphoto ) and Chloe Ronco (@chloes.archives ). From intimate acts of care at the end of life, to documenting what is meant to go unseen, to holding space for mental health and the bonds between sisters — their work reflects the depth, responsibility, and tenderness of what it means to witness. Prints for this exhibition were generously supported by Digital Silver Imaging (@digitalsilverimaging ). Join us May 3 at 6PM at Green Street Photo Collective in Jamaica Plain. Space is limited — please reserve your tickets in advance. Link in bio!

Continuing our introductions to the photographers featured in Witness — a group exhibition in support of Tamir Kalifa’s (@tamirhasacellphone ) multimedia performance, happening May 3 at Green Street Photo Collective in Jamaica Plain. Witness brings together work that asks us to stay with people — through grief, through change, through the quiet shifts in relationships and identity. Alongside Tamir’s live performance blending photography, storytelling, and original music, these images hold space for what it means to move through the world with others. Today: Bailey Stover (@baileyastoverphotos ), Korri Crowley (@korrileighphotography ), and Craig F. Walker (@craig_f_walker ) From the experience of loss and rebuilding, to the shifting dynamics between parent and child, to the realities of addiction and survival — their work pays attention to the moments that shape us, often in ways we don’t immediately see. Prints for this exhibition were generously supported by Digital Silver Imaging (@digitalsilverimaging ). Join us May 3 at 6PM at Green Street Photo Collective in Jamaica Plain. Space is limited — reserve your tickets in advance. Link in bio! Stay tuned as we introduce the final group of photographers tomorrow!
