For us, 2024 marked the sixth year of DiFine PR, continuing our growth journey.
We kicked off with:
🔹 Launching NN’s Premium Care Abroad insurance
🔹 Introducing GapMinder Fund II, Romania’s largest tech startup fund at €80 million
🔹 Techcelerator recognized as the 3rd top accelerator in Eastern Europe by Financial Times and Sifted
🔹 Communicating Restart Energy’s investment projects and collaborating on the Data Center Forum, Romania’s sole event for the data center and cloud industry We continued our momentum with:
🔸 A European media campaign for FintechOS, which secured stories in TechCrunch and Sifted
🔸 Supporting the 13th edition of Premiile Superscrieri, honoring top journalism
🔸 Completing the Green Energy for Everyone European funds program
🔸 Launching a regional study on AI tool usage for Undelucram
🔸 The Learning Tapestry’s conference on education, attracting over 700 participants
🔸 Announcing the Ronald McDonald Foundation’s donation of 220 hospital beds to major pediatric hospitals, worth over 3 million lei
🔸 Influencer marketing for Travel Planner
🔸 Promoting registrations for NATO’s DIANA accelerator
As we wrapped up the year:

✨ Expanding our partnership with Stefanini into larger projects

✨ Supporting the tech startup ecosystem with initiatives like Startup Reaktor and Romania Startup Awards.
2024 was major on the client side, as we ventured into real estate with BrickLofts and retail with Dulcinella. We also expanded our international footprint, through startups and major players like Stefanini and FintechOS.
We grew our team with experienced professionals (as Marius) and fresh Gen Z talent from such as Remy, Andrada and Renata.
2025 may bring challenges, but we stay optimistic. As Albus Dumbledore wisely said, “Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.” ✨

Today we're celebrating Delia, the person on our team who somehow manages to make everyone work harder without anyone noticing they're being motivated, and she does that with a contagious enthusiasm for what she does! ❤️🔥
She brings enough energy to cover for the days when ours runs out, and enough determination to turn a difficult week into a productive one. That same energy, by the way, also goes into talking about Brazilian culture, and at this point, we all know more about Brazil than we ever expected to. 🤭
But honestly, we wouldn't have it any other way, PLUS the office playlist has never been better for it! 🇧🇷

53 pieces of journalism made it to the jury table of this year's Superscrieri Awards! 🏆
Out of over 300 entries, these are the stories a jury of 22 media professionals deemed worth fighting over: investigations, features, debuts, civic voices, and formats that didn't exist in Romanian media before someone decided to try them.
The 15th edition runs under a slogan that sounds deceptively simple: "Together we achieve more than we think."
For DiFine PR, now in our third consecutive year with Superscrieri, that sentiment lands differently. This year, we're the ones making sure the TV & Video Journalism category gets the attention it deserves.✍️
The public can vote for the Readers' Choice Award (€3,000) until May 15.
Journalists can apply for the following three thematic fellowships until April 30:

What started at EUDIS Defence Hackathon doesn't stay in the room.
The questions asked mid-pitch, the solutions built under pressure, the moment @skyhunter.romania 's name was called — that's the kind of work that shapes what comes next. And according to the people in that room, what comes next needs to be agile, scalable, and ready for both civilian and military realities. 🛡️🌍

One very good weekend in Bucharest!
The EUDIS Hackathon brought together engineers, builders, and people who clearly did not sleep much — all working on solutions to real gaps in European airspace defence.
Hosted at INCAS, the Romanian edition led all eight participating countries in team count. 🛡️
SkyHunter Romania claimed first place with an intelligent air defence system capable of detecting and neutralising low-altitude threats through sensor fusion, acoustic detection, and 3D airspace reconstruction.
Worth mentioning: this is their second consecutive win at EUDIS.
Palladion Systems and Solomonar followed.
We were happy to be part of the ecosystem that made it happen! 🤝
