Yesterday's attendance at FUTURE:PropTech London 2019 - The World's No. 1 PropTech Event has been mind-blowing to say the least.
It was a busy and exciting day that offered us the opportunity to hear insightful presentations from professionals such as Brendan Wallace or Darryll Colthrust, discover how tech is pioneering the property industry and get a better grasp of how the future or proptech looks like.
Moreover, by having our own exhibition booth, we've managed to spread the word about Proptech Romania's mission and future events to a broader audience.

As we have announced earlier, we are currently participating at FUTURE:PropTech London 2019 - The World's No. 1 PropTech Event.
Besides promoting the winning solutions of our hackathon, FM Center, Sigtree and Bright Agency, we are aiming to develop fruitful partnerships and also gain insights into this innovative sector, by talking with various professionals from both real estate and tech industries.
Today we've met with Elie Finegold from MetaProp NYC and Michael Beckerman from CREtech and exchanged ideas about the existing challenges and possible ideas to be implemented in the judging process of the real estate hackathon that we will organize in Paris on 4th-5th of July.

Ceetrus is a global urban player involved in cities and urban development all across the world. They've gracefully accepted our invite to be our partners in the Real Estate Hackathon and proposed a challenge regarding community engagement.
They plan to harness the power of technology in creating tight-knit communities and tailored experiences for their citizens and also to identify new urban actors and partners for new or existing communities.
The solutions proposed were as per Ceetrus' requirements therefore they have decided to support the initiatives going forward until a working model is ready to be implemented.

3rd place: Centermine
Centermine from Bulgaria presented FM Assistant – a solution designed to provide effective communication channel between managers of residential and office buildings and their clients. Some of the functionalities include easy access to information and reports, possibility to make online payments, to send maintenance requests, to receive SMS and email notifications etc. The main goal of FM Assistant is to help facility and property managers and their clients establish successful relationships.
