Here at Safran Everyday, I deeply believe that what is happening in our country right now with ICE is not okay. I don’t often use this platform to make statements like this, but this feels important to say. From now through Sunday, I’ll be hosting a small raffle featuring ceramic planters made by @didemmert_pottery , along with two wall-mounted plant holders. There will be two separate drawings—one for each set. To enter, you can Venmo $1 per raffle entry to maia-leppo —multiple entries are welcome! I’ll be covering all fees, and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to @frontlinedignity , an organization that helps communities prepare for and respond to immigration enforcement through rapid response training, local organizing, and community-based protection. You can also enter by DMing me a receipt showing a donation you’ve made to any organization working to support people impacted by ICE. (Any amount that feels right for you!) HOLIDAY SHOP IS OPEN! 🎁 Link in bio! • Life updates: Hellllllooooo everyone! 🩷 Alas, I haven’t been posting much the past few months, but I’m working on getting back to sharing more. 🌈 This year life has been hectic, yet so enriching, with lots of traveling and teaching. Traveling two or more times each month this year has me feeling wiped physically and mentally. I adore meeting new friends and sharing my craft, but I must ensure I’m taking care of myself so I can continue to do allllllll of the things. With that said, I’ve decided to make a couple of life + career changes moving forward. I’ll be teaching more of my own online workshops vs. traveling. I’m hoping to only travel about 4-5 times in 2026 (which is still a lot tbh!). So please be on the lookout for upcoming workshops I’ll be offering! Another change- I’ll be updating my online shop more often. Because traveling and teaching has been a major part of my income I have to shift the ways I make a living. Similar to my Mug of the Month Club, soon I’ll be offering a Plate Club- you’ll receive 1 plate every 3 months. If you’re wanting to support me as a self-employed artist making these transitions you can: share my work/website/emails with friends, sign-up for my online workshops, purchase work, subscribe to my Mug of the Month Club (which offers me a significant amount of reassurance regarding my monthly and yearly income), and, of course, your words of continued support and love helps feed my soul to continue doing what I do!
