Day 8 We have crossed the Rubicon. Past the halfway point and there is no turning back! Every day has been both nerve wracking and exhilarating, making this movie has been the highlight of my career. Seriously. This crew has been amazing, @filmken has been amazing, my actors have been amazing. Tonight we wrapped the incomparable @austinbasis and got to open up Desmond with Reno local @dgjcomedy - who Ken and I hired in the room after his audition for the role! The guy kills it as Desmond. Wait and see. We got outside tonight and filmed along the Truckee River in lovely @renotahoe with @holamoriah and she helped me bring to life my favorite scene of the whole movie. Her portrayal of Virginia makes you either want to be Virginia or be loved by her. It’s a beautiful performance that brings to life a really unique character. We were also visited today (and yesterday) by my friend and director @directorbrock and his lovely wife @eheasley8 - did they make it into the movie???
