2025 was a mixed bag, of letting go of what was no longer serving me and accepting loss, of new beginnings and building community, trying new things, and a lot of literally getting our hands in the dirt.
Said yes at a really special place today!

Celebrated my 33rd birthday in a new city this year on the last day of summer. Just really thankful to be here, and thankful for these magic summer moments.
Plus, we made the commitment with land! Who would have thought from a couple living in Brooklyn last year (except for all of you who have heard about it for years)? 🌳
🔟 years of Banana Pepper (née Mork), from Ann Arbor to Colorado and New York, back to Detroit. Everyone knows I love cats, but this dude is the best of the best.
It’s simultaneously hard to believe it’s already been a month/has only been a month in Detroit. I’ll always have the biggest soft spot for NYC and the incredible people, places, experiences, dogs, etc. etc. it’s brought into my life (don’t worry, we’ll be visiting plenty!) but I’m so excited for our new home. After scheming with @kn_dsgn for years, it’s real.
