Dear friends, after nearly ten years in business, we have made the tough decision to close DeVries Productions. We took on just a handful of weddings this year to measure whether we could handle both of us working in our full-time professions while also keeping a foot in the wedding world. We prayed that God would make our path clear and He did- it was time to move on to the next chapter and to make more space for our family and other creative endeavors.
To our fellow vendors in the industry (or “friendors” rather!), we will truly miss you! We created so many lasting friendships and your camaraderie in this industry meant so much. Thank you for referring us, creating with us and making wedding days that much more exciting and fun!
To our wonderful clients who trusted us to be part of the most important day of your lives- thank you, thank you, thank you. This business would not have flourished without your trust, referrals, reviews, kindness, and sometimes patience as you waited for your films. We are so grateful for the last decade- for the beauty, love and joy we have witnessed, and how it has shaped our lives forever. Much love to you all!

Madeline & Davis’ highlight is here!
This wedding is a special one. We were originally set to film Madeline & Davis’ wedding in April 2020, but as we all know, most weddings had to be postponed at the beginning of the pandemic. They ended up having a small wedding ceremony in September 2020 and then almost exactly a year later, we finally had the opportunity to film their vow renewal and dream wedding celebration! It felt surreal finally meeting Madeline and Davis, who are two of the kindest and sweetest people! Thank you, M& D. for allowing us to document this very special day!

Delicate, intimate, purposeful: these are just a few words that come to mind when we think back on JuMe and Eric’s wedding day this past May. As the weather turns colder and we look towards the beginning of a new year, we can’t help but look back on this spring wedding and relish in the beauty and tenderness of this day. What a special wedding to start our wedding season with! After eight years together, Caroline & Drew tied the knot on a rainy April day in the mountains. The rain couldn’t stop these two from experiencing all of the excitement and joy for the day they had looked forward to for so long. After all of these years filming weddings, their personal vows to each other and first look still managed to bring tears to our own eyes. I don’t know how we got so lucky to film such an important day for them but we are forever grateful to have captured these lovely moments from their wedding day.
