Here’s our favourite Limoncello Spritz recipe
🍋 50ml Cove Limoncello
🍾 60ml Prosecco
💦 30ml soda water
Pour all ingredients into a glass with ice and stir. Garnished with fresh lemon. We used an edible flower from @southmiltonflowerfarm for a touch or Spring 🌺

SUSTAINABILITY SPOTLIGHT | Devon Cove Vodka.
Perched on the coast at Hope Cove, @devoncovevodka is a family-run spirits brand inspired by the landscape, produce and traditions of its South Devon home.
For generations, Leanne Carr’s family - the Lidstones - have farmed this stretch of coast, growing King Edward potatoes in rich Devon soil.
Sustainability at Devon Cove is a guiding principle rather than a standalone initiative, shaped by their farming heritage and a commitment to using resources thoughtfully.

🦀 We cannot wait for Salcombe Crabfest this Sunday. We’ll be serving Limoncello Spritz Cocktails and offering tasters of our full range of award-winning spirits 🍸
Last year we broke down on the way to Crabfest and were rescued by @joeyr787 in her high vis, the van was towed by the AA and we even had the Police out to make sure everyone got past safely. We still managed to have a fab today. Thank you to @emjbates20 for coming to help. We’re hoping for a less dramatic start to the day this year!

We’re at the Plymouth @veganfairs in Central Park this Saturday from 10am until 4pm. It’s our first Vegan Market and we can’t. We’re also at the Exmouth Vegan Market on Sat 7th June.
All of our spirits are vegan, gluten free and free from any additives and preservatives. Our award-winning Cove Vodka and Liqueurs are all made from King Edward Potatoes grown on our family farm, spring water and fresh, quality ingredients. We pick the damsons and hazelnuts ourselves for our liqueurs and source the finest Sicilian Lemons for our zesty Limoncello 🥔🍸🍋

We can’t wait for the Green Man Festival in Bovey Tracey this Saturday. It was so much fun last year with hundreds of Morris Dancers from all over the country dressed in different costumes. We’d literally never seen anything like it before and the atmosphere was amazing. Come along and check it out and come say hi and have a taster or three 🍸

We’re at @nationaltrustsouthwest - Greenway this Wednesday offering taster of our Devon Potato Vodka and Liqueurs. Greenway, once the home of Agatha Christie is a perfect spot for a wander round the grounds and coffee. Come and say hello!
Anyone else start painting as soon as the sun came out? ☀️🖌️
We’ve been planning to spruce up the shop for a while but didn’t quite have the motivation until the same finally came out. We’re really pleased with how it turned out. Phew 🤣
Our friends at Luscombe & Son mixed up some paint to match our brand colour on our Vodka label and Pollyanna helped with decorating tips and tools.
Now it’s time to crack on with the inside!
