Happy National Pet Day! Georgie and I went to our first event together celebrating @drinkteamspirits - a brand of alcohol-free cocktails (I’ve tried them all and I love the Palomas!!) Owned by @jordanquinnstagram - her frenchie Pierre (who we met at the event) is the brand mascot 🐶🤍 So cute! Probably the most vulnerable video I’ve shared. It’s egg retrieval day. All the needles and hormones and appointments lead up to this moment. There are nerves and excitement and it can feel overwhelming. Thank you to @markhamfertility for taking such good care of me. My clinic places patients under deep sedation with an anesthesiologist on site. The procedure takes about 20 minutes. I love that I woke up and didn’t feel a thing. We left the clinic about 45 minutes to an hour later and I was back home resting on the couch for the rest of the day! As always, thank you to my sister @devohoff for being there for me.
