What a way to honor The Beauty Way! The sisters gathered and prayed in the sacred swamps of Louisiana. 🐊🌹 I’ve been holding this weekend in my heart and praying about it for over a year now…and it was everything I could have imagined and more. This was the girls sleepover so many of our souls have always needed. We gathered in a cacao ceremony first— softening, opening, arriving together— Then the rain came while we sat in a beautiful meditation with the mother. Like a blessing. As if the land itself was responding— clearing, refreshing, and preparing to receive us even deeper. Finally we gathered around the most beautiful flavor fairy board—truly one of my favorites we have ever created—and it became its own ceremony. All of us weaving our prayers and devotion from our hearts into the food before allowing our hands in. Each women taking the best bites of their lives, laughing, connecting, nourishing in every sense. Huge love to the sisters who helped bring it to life…I truly couldn’t have done it without their help, and of course a little magic from @spiritflavorbird with the crispy bois and purple onions to finish it off. I couldn’t have created this container without the help from my sisters @soultree.ma @mokshamoreau @frey__fox and of course without our captain Jbird! Thanks for all the support to make this dream come true @spiritflavorbird . And the women…wow what a powerful group of women coming together to deepen their connection to sisterhood. They arrived open. From different places, different lives, different stories— but all answering the same call. The call of the sisters. Because the truth is— we need sisterhood. Not the kind that competes. Not the kind that performs. But the kind that witnesses you. That holds you. That calls you forward. That reminds you who you are when you forget. There is power when women gather with intention. There is power when we pray together. There is power when we allow ourselves to be seen—and actually let ourselves be held. That first day wasn’t about doing anything. It was about arriving. Arriving in the body. Arriving with each other. Arriving in truth.🦋 Music by @soultree.ma 🎶

Swamp Season is officially popping off fam! Spirit and Flavor is alive and we are about to make the best food albums of our lives! We have our men’s ceremony with @spiritflavorbird and then the most sacred and profane gathering of musical geniuses by @savejlife with @ancientfuturecollective . Then we move into the women’s ceremony and a whole month of co-ed magic in May! Come play and pray with us in the swamp for our kid life summer camp and allow yourselves to connect to Mother Nature and a tribe in ways that most of our souls have been longing for. 💚🌿 These are the seeds we are planting to build the New Humanity together.

The ceremony officially continues for the Women in the Swamp… The next morning we started slow, really taking our time to honor our ancestors, our lineage, and our teachers. We opened the space with intention—praying for protection, grounding into the land, and honoring the swamp and all those who came before us. Nothing was rushed. Everything moved at the pace of the feminine, allowing space for whatever needed to be felt, processed, or simply witnessed. Then we shared a beautiful water ceremony, bringing together waters from different lands, different journeys, and different prayers—many connected to healing and the remembrance of the feminine—and offered them back to the swamp. Letting them meet, letting the prayer they carry connect and become one. There were many magical and sacred moments like a green dragon fly hanging out on my third eye reminding each of us how real magic truly is. From there, we moved into a Mary Magdalene transmission, honoring devotion and the power of the divine feminine. Roses were everywhere, and you could feel this balance of softness and strength moving through the space. A return to innocence was felt after this beautiful ceremony that @soultree.ma blessed us with. This truly felt like best girls sleepover I could have ever imagined. Sleeping in the heart of the swamp, listening to her at night, waking up with her at dawn… time slowed down, or maybe it just stopped. I have never felt more connected to the Great Mother of all. I have never felt more connected to the sisterhood after that. To all sisters the ones that were here and to every other woman that exists. We are so powerful together! Being held by a group of women like that—safe, open, real—it changes something in you. This was a sort of remembering—a return to devotion, to sisterhood, and to ourselves. And this is only the beginning! I couldn’t have done this without @soultree.ma @mokshamoreau @frey__fox and the masculine support of @spiritflavorbird and @_embracetherandom_ and thank you to each woman that said yes and trusted us. It has been an honor integrating this magical container.

Every day is Earth Day. Not just today… but in the way we live, the way we consume, the way we walk in relationship with this planet that holds us. The Earth isn’t something separate from us— she is us. “You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.” — Jane Goodall So we choose to care. In the small ways. In the everyday ways. In the ways that ripple out further than we can see. One of my favorite ways to honor Mother Gaia… is bringing people back to the land and remembering together how to pray and be in devotion. Learning to slow down, to listen, to remember. I once read that tobacco is considered to be one of the first medicines—used to carry prayer, to protect, and to connect with the spirit of the land. And that really stayed with me. Because it’s not about using it unconsciously— it’s all about intention. Praying with it. Speaking to the Earth through it. Remembering that every place we stand on is sacred. So go out and leave some tabaco in your favorite places as a sacred offering from your heart. And if you want to go further here are a few simple ways to love the mother a bit deeper: 🌿 Use what you already have before buying more 🌊 Reduce plastic where you can (start small—it matters) 🌱 Support local farmers (especially regenerative farmers)+ sustainable brands 🔥 Be mindful of your waste + consumption 🌸 Spend time outside and remember why this all matters 🤲 Talk about it—your voice inspires others And most of all… pray. This Earth gives us everything. The least we can do is walk in a way that honors her 🌎💚 Thank you Peru and to our teachers for awakening my heart and teaching me how to love The Great Mother with more devotion. We are excited to continue to do the co-ed groups next year and for @spiritflavorbird to bring the men out here and for me to bring a group of women to pray over these Sacred waters! Please find it in your heart to take the necessary steps to becoming better stewards of this planet for ourselves and our children.

Festival International is back and I’m so excited! I’ve watched myself and my sweet boy grow up through the years at this festival… finding love and losing love, stepping into new careers, meeting new friends who became family—so much has changed. But the one thing that hasn’t changed is our love for being out here, playing in these streets, and seeing our favorite people. So grateful we get to dance again for another year in these beautiful streets. Here are some moments from over the years—and if you scroll all the way back, you’ll find a sweet little 6-year-old Xavier 😇

Update! We found a home and move in at the beginning of June. Bruno is taken care of until then. Thank you to every person that prayed for us. It has been quite the doozy but we are going to thrive on the other side! I’m looking for a temporary foster home for my sweet Bruno. We don’t have a home where he can live with us and he can’t keep living at the house he is in anymore. He’s an amazing and sweet boy but he can’t be trusted around testy cats and he does like to bark around the mailman. I can’t imagine bringing him to a shelter. Please if you find it in your heart to help I can pay for his food and give you massages. My heart is so broken even having to write this. In the in between time in our lives prayers for me Bruno and Xavier to all be back together in the same house would be deeply appreciated.

Gentle reminder to move your body. Learn what kinds of movement feel good to you and try to move in some way each day. Explore different styles — finding balance between structured exercise and intuitive, free movement. Most importantly, have fun. Let energy flow organically through you with every conscious shift of your form. Blessings fam! Praying for your health. Praying for your happiness. Praying for your longevity. May we all purify our waters from within and create fertile soils everywhere that we walk upon this Earth. 💚

In just over three weeks, my incredible sisters and I will be returning to the swamp to sing, pray, and play together — and my heart couldn’t be more excited. We will gather with devotion to Pachamama, share the most nourishing and delicious foods, and open ourselves to the medicine of sisterhood. This ceremony will be devoted to honoring the Divine Feminine within each of us. Together we will explore what it means to trust again… to soften… to be seen… and to build deep, authentic bonds with other women. 🌸🦋 Many of us carry what is often called the “sister wound.” I know this terrain personally, and it is my intention to create a safe and loving space where women can feel held as they reconnect to their feminine essence. This will be a container where expression is welcome. A space to open the body, the voice, and the heart — and to remember the freedom that is always longing to move through us. It is our honor to hold this sacred space as we gather in a ceremony of unraveling — softening what has been held, and remembering the truth of who we are. ✨ Spots are beginning to fill up on the women’s retreat so if you feel called, please reach out with any questions or to confirm your place by sending your deposit. ✨ A big shout out to @spiritflavorbird — we truly couldn’t do this without you. Thank you for creating and building everything needed for such a magical swamp experience. Thank you for inviting me in to pray alongside you and to co-create the spirit and flavor that makes the soul feel fully alive. I am deeply grateful for the way you make it possible for the feminine to connect so intimately with the swamp while also feeling safe, supported, and held. Jason is my dear soul brother and best friend. He will be holding a men’s ceremony this weekend, and in the month of May we will be offering co-ed ceremonies together. ✨ Reach out for the full schedule and more information. 🌵💚

Happy Spring Equinox fam 🌸 We are finally crawling out of the womb of winter and stepping into the fertile soils of spring. Day and night meet in perfect balance today — a cosmic reset and a gentle invitation to begin again. A sacred turning of the season that reminds us that after every cycle of stillness and death… we rise again. What seeds are you planting in your garden? 🌱 You reap what you sow in this life. Tend the garden of your mind and watch your world begin to bloom. Spring carries fresh energy, new intentions, and the quiet magic of growth. It asks us to move with purpose, to trust the unfolding, and to open ourselves to the returning light. What you nurture now — your thoughts, your words, your actions — will shape the season ahead. This picture brings me back to a powerful moment high in the mountains of Peru, where I deeply felt and remembered that I am a being of pure light and love. In that vastness, something ancient awakened in me — a knowing that I am here to share this love and help others remember their own truth. What are you ready to initiate? What dreams are ready to take root? Here’s to fresh starts, open hearts, and the wild courage to bloom 🌞🌹

Thanksgiving was extremely special this year. Although I don’t truly agree with the holiday celebration itself. It can be such a nice time to come together as a family. My mom cooked and we had thanksgiving together for the first time in many years. I’ve been doing Friendsgivings for a while and although I wouldn’t have changed any of those years it truly was something special just being with my mom and dad for the holiday. Thanks for taking care of us! Love yall so much. I do feel so much gratitude in my life. I’m so thankful for my family and friends. I am also giving so much gratitude to all of the natives whose lives were sacrificed after they tended this land in direct relation with the animals and the land in such a sacred way. May we all take a moment to embrace the mourning in our hearts for them and their bloodlines. And may we take it upon ourselves to pay reciprocity by tending to our own land and our inner landscape as well. Also in the last six month this dude has gotten as tall as me and has a small mustache hahaha guess he truly is growing up. Oh and if you get all the way to the end you are going to see me getting absolutely exhausted trying to take pictures with this rambunctious teen who just wants to be the funniest boy and get a good laugh from his mum.
