Reflecting by the river...
I had a wonderful time @calgarypride over the weekend, thank you again for having me it was a beautiful experience! I made an announcement during the show that I will be going on hiatus. I need to do some soul searching and healing on myself before I can continue to craft my art. I've been struggling really hard this year with my mental health and I need to take a step back to focus more on Brooke and less on Desiré. I love drag so much and it is a huge part of my life but I'm starting to burn out and I really don't want to lose the passion.. so I'll be hanging up the heels for a while.

I can't believe it's been 5 years since I started doing drag!!! I have had so many amazing opportunities and met so many wonderful people on this fabulous journey. It was such a life changing experience the first time I pranced onto the stage and I'm so proud of how far I have come!! Very grateful for all the people who have supported me all these years and thankful to those who have helped me along the way!! The love and positivity I'm shown when I hit that stage is immaculate and I'm thankful af to be part of this community! Drag is a huge part of my life!!!
