About the Sessions: Participants are immersed a 75 minute completely guided experience consciously created to offer anyone from advanced practitioners to first time participants the ability to access deep states of meditation .
Guests can expect to leave having experienced a prolonged release from their common held thoughts and emotions. Participants often have likened it to taking a vacation from themselves.
Sessions have assisted countless individuals with anxiety, depression, sleeplessness, PTSD, mental clarity, intense stress, trauma and looping thoughts as well as illness related to auto immune disease, arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure, inflammation and much more :-)

We wrapped our 3rd Annual Mens Retreat @casasoulwater a few days ago. So much camaraderie, personal growth, great surf (two history making sessions completely to ourselves), sauna/ice sessions and truly amazing plant based food via @gloflexhealthbar_iguana & @gracevanberkum_
