my life…is a real thing. i always mean to share more of the things i’m working on, but the truth is most of the time i’m too busy actually doing the work. trying to put more out there when i can. — did a dope thing. with a gang of dope people. and at my alma mater. honored to serve as exec producer for the inaugural hip hop convene at uiuc. major love to the folks @krannertcenter for bringing me on and supporting this initiative. over 4 days we had all the things. a beautiful curated conversation and performances centered on the all-important voices of incredible women in the game @klevahknox @truthizmagic of @mothernaturebarz , @theashaomega @suzianalog moderated by the incomparable @carolynrandolphkato and hosted by @campuscultureil multiple stage productions and workshops by @versastylela . truly inspiring! honoring the late great dr p. vibing with illinois soul. hip hop karaoke.
