Training more intimately w| women in the freestyle scene has been on my heart for a while now. So I’m super excited to bring this to fruition!
This is NOT an open session but an intimate training course✨
We will work on
- Developing personal style
- Methods to train : Lab, Session, Cypher.
- Battle training : Prepping for Prelims + Battle Tactics
- Performance based freestyle + Freestyle for camera.
+ we’ll have a few special guest to guide some of these objectives 😝
Limited capacity : No more than 10 girlies for this first round.
- First meetup will be the week of 5/4
- Last meetup the week of 5/18
