From today, there are 13 newly designated bathing water sites across the country, taking the total to over 460.
Designation means that the water is rigorously and routinely tested by @envagency , so you can have confidence in choosing where to swim.

Courts will have the ability to impose between three and nine penalty points on the licence of those caught illegally dumping waste.

Trail hunting can result in wild animals being injured or killed by dogs. There is no intention for the ban on trail hunting to affect other pursuits such as drag hunting or clean boot hunting.
