“I wrote it a couple of years ago in a transitional point of my life, I had made a lot of changes, sat in silence and self-reflection but had this unspoken, unprocessed chaos that I had lived with and not expressed. At the time I found the thought of sharing it with the world quite uncomfortable, but it felt important to release and equally as important to represent the demons I was battling with at the time.”
