Fintastic 4!! I can’t believe our ocean-loving guy is O-fish-Ally Four! He’s thoughtful, kind, funny, loves “all animals in the ocean”, and “ all of the colors” (plus still loves dinos, baseball, golf and books), is observant and has an insane memory (for better or worse these days 😆). He made me a Mama and he’s my #1 guy. Walker Bear, we love you more than all the fish in the sea and we’re SO proud of the little dude you are. Keep doing your thing, bud 🐟🐳
The family friend summertime memories my heart dreamt of one day, and now I’m living it 💛 Full heart after the weekend building sand castles, climbing trees, hammock hangs, lots of hugs and handholding, backyard sunset BBQs and of course ice cream. Walker’s first ski lesson, my first time back on the hill in 3 seasons, snowman building, hot chocolate and donut eating, dance parties, bestie hangs, backyard sledding, pajama parties, baby cuddles & belly laughs made this week one that will be hard to beat. When we packed up to head home, Walker cried because he wanted to stay 🥹 We love our Mammoth home and friends so much!

2 years 💔 Approx. 730 days and 20 hours since I’ve seen your face or held your hand. My heart is still so sad and heavy, missing you daily. Missing your hugs, motherly advice, our friendship, and how much fun we always had together. But most of all, missing you not being here to watch your grandbabies grow, or ask you questions like, “am I doing this right?”, or “was I like this as a baby too?”, or just hearing you say, “I’m so proud of you, baby girl.” What I wouldn’t give for that.
Today, we took Walker & Collins to your oak tree for the first time and it was beautiful. They hiked the whole way on the same trails you, me and Hunny did for so many years, we popped champagne, placed heart shape rocks at the trunk, shared our favorite memories of you and let the kids run around to explore — exactly how you envisioned.
We love you and miss you to the moon, heavens and back, Da Mom & Yaya. Keep watching over us, ok? 💜
