27.06.23 - @gwendee levelled up to Wife πŸ‘°! Such a fun day! Thanks for @terence_portraits for all the dope shots, it had to be a flippity shoot obviously 😎 Tell me which one's the best!!! Life's moving so fast, the big one next - actually moving into our new house 🏑! (excites) Lots of life updates this year; it's crazy, it's hectic... but at the end of the day, it's all good as long as I'm with you @gwendee 😍 BTS πŸ“Ή: @deahsiying Suit πŸ§‘β€πŸ’Ό: @leonartc

All the rail rolls from Project Dive Roll 2. Which do you like more? 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5? Do you think rolling in line with the rail or rolling perpendicular to the rail is harder? πŸ˜‰ No doubt these rail rolls are the most talked-about part of the project! Super happy to have found these rolls and achieved them all. True enough, there are no limits to what you can adapt the dive roll (or any movements) to be if you actually put in the work! Watch the full video on my YouTube if you haven't! All processes and progression is shown in Behind The Project Dive Roll - available on Patreon 😁 both links in bio! #ProjectDiveRoll 2 #parkour #wtf #2h2b #freerunning #roll

I did 3 swings πŸ€— 1st one was super scary, haven't done a distance lache onto a rail in a while 2nd one was a level drop catch 180, first I've done (thanks @kimluulinh for the video!) 3rd was annoyingly close which made it hard for me 😩

My @way_to.the_top 2026 Reflection πŸ’ From the outside, no one truly understands the difficulty of being a 'pro' athlete. As the years go by, we see how crazy quick the youngsters progress, and the seniors can very easily feel demotivated and take the backseat. All the 'ah my _____ hurts', 'busy adulting', 'no time', etc. starts coming out. 'You so old alr, still competing?' πŸ§“ 'Focus on running your business lah'. Yup, reality of Singapore. In fact, I fell into that same mindset. Seeing the competitor list filled with athletes who train 24/7 pretty much, at a crazy high level. Me? Struggling that fine balance of running a gym/relationship/training. Even putting aside time and self-funding a trip to Korea is a big sacrifice enough. Missing out on last year's Skills felt like a major loss due to how I knew that it may pretty much be the last time I can get 'close' to a podium spot, knowing how every year the level gets higher. This year, making it into the finals was probably the most realistic target. I mentioned back then, my goal was to just not make it a cakewalk for the youngins. Somehow, I did scrape by, tying 5th place with 2 others to force a Top 7 finals. Skills comp, especially in the finals, are a pure test of the mind. Make every attempt count, under pressure, max effort... I ended up only making one challenge. Obviously, my athlete self isn't satisfied, but 2 points this year was somehow enough. Was it luck? Maybe. Competition at this level will always be in the fine margins. I'll take it. Those Singaporeans saying only '3rd' place can first actually try to even compete before making any noises πŸ˜… Also @domtomato reminded me that being 'old' is a strength – the years of accumulated experience... Don't undersell that. Biggest shoutout to the true winner @gwendee who stood by, rooted, shouted, & supported me throughout the whole build-up to this comp πŸ₯°. She doesn't receive enough credit, so this one's for her 🫢🫢🫢😘 I had such a great time sharing the same atmosphere with so many dope athletes! Next stop: APC Singapore πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡¬, homeground this time πŸ‘€ @thenextlevel.parkour

Post Comp outdoor training 🀩 Super sore after many consecutive days of hard training, but everyone still kept moving despite the fatigue which motivated me to just keep pushing through. Turns out, I could still get these challenges done anyways. Back home, it can be super comfortable to take the easy 'rest' option, but while you're on a trip, you try to make each day count. Yet, frequency of training is such a huge factor to keeping your body prepared. Maybe it's really just a mindset thing. Heading back home now to some well-deserved rest! Hope to maintain the training as much as I can, just because it's fun anyways! πŸŽ₯: @kentatsuboi @ptinya.b

SKILLS πŸ₯‰ @way_to.the_top X @asianpkchamps ! Lots to reflect and share about the whole comp but for now - improved my placing from 4th last year to 3rd, stayed injury-free, had such a crazy good time being pushed so hard mentally and physically with the other beasts of Asia - living proof that being a Singaporean adult/biz owner/home owner doesn't mean you have to give up your passion. Thank you to everyone for the immense support ❀️ this is why I keep doing this sport!

TPY Kong Pre! A crazy find that on a solo spot hunting tour that I couldn't not give it a try. Once I got it going, I had to keep it going till I get it #justparkourthings. Proved that I still got the tech for this! Somehow overpowered the last one and was too tired to get a stick... Will come back with others next time so I can get this filmed better and hopefully to double it as well! Gonna be super mental tho πŸ˜ͺ

SAIGON PARKOUR GYM TRAINING This gym is too good for swings. But it's too hot πŸ₯΅ rechalking after every challenge – guess that's how it rolls here... Are you really good if you can't handle the heat? πŸ”₯ Training here is a dream come true. @corkboy_ huge respect to building this gym from scratch, all by yourself! 🫑 Also for hosting @asianpkchamps in this location was an honour, so glad we pulled it off! Thanks everyone for the filming, for training, for vibing... Really missing this place already!
