This speed clinic is the PERFECT opportunity to learn All about speed and how it is important across different sports, refine your technique, compete with others and have a great time while doing it. We are BACK outside with the Speed Clinics. April 18th at Twins Lakes in Durham; we will be hosting another 1 day Camp for athletes (and coaches) to teach and train the different requirements and techniques of speed. Not just Track & Field speed, but changing of direction, plyometrics, and how they all translate to different sports.
This is Not just our philosophies and methods, but a culmination of years of experience, research, and observations that have led us to creating speed models that translate to the track, field, or court.
