Grateful to be able to work alongside my guy Devin Anderson to host a clinic and show these kids techniques and skills that can take their speed to the next level no matter what sport they play. We had athletes that represented baseball, lacrosse, soccer, football, basketball and Track & Field and we all got 1% better yesterday. Special thanks to @milesph02 and @kyisfit for being a great help as well throughout the camp

We will be beginning on May 5th, practices are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 pm. Ages 6-18, athletes must have a current physical. We’re looking to build off the momentum of a strong indoor season, so come ready to work, focus and be better student athlete. Registration is $150 for the first kid, $70 for additional siblings. We will not be taking kids after May 15th. Our Team will be capped at 45 kids to keep our quality high so make sure to register and reserve your spot, don’t hesitate until it’s too late!! This is a special post for a special group of ladies. Our 9/10 ladies are USATF National Champions. Man; I’m a proud a coach and I’m blessed by God to be able to work with such talent. Although they may be behind the scenes I with some phenomenal coaches that really help get the best out of these kids. @mateiusbrown , @speedy_sto , @d25anderson , @fields_boi all help pull these ladies and this team to their best every Single day. These 4 ladies went to NY and dominated, even scoring the second most points out of any age group (male or female). Let’s toast it up ladies !

I had so much fun competing at AAU Indoor Nationals with my team, @secondgearspeed ! I was able to secure my 7th All American title with 2nd place in Shot Put!
Thank you to my family and my coaches for guiding me! A special shoutout to my throwing coach, @mateiusbrown for helping me with my skill set. There's so much for me to learn and I'm looking forward to chasing my next PR!
