My new favorite way to eat dumplings, plus a trick you can use with any filling or meatball. Recipe below 👇 Filling: 1 lb ground pork, 1 cup napa cabbage (thin, squeezed dry), 4 green onions, 1 tbsp ginger, 3 cloves garlic, 1 cup mushrooms, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp white pepper, ½ tsp MSG Broth gel: 1½ cups chicken stock, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp gelatin Bring to a boil, kill the heat, whisk in gelatin, chill until set Mix the filling until it tightens up. Wet wonton wrappers and layer with the filling and broth gel until used up. Steam over simmering water, 25 minutes. Rest, then slice. Finish with scallions, chili crisp, sesame seeds, and black vinegar #chef #dumplings Do you even gel stock bro?

This has been one of the most humbling and exciting fitness chapters in life. It’s amazing much harder. I have to train at this stage to just be average at this sport. I shaved off 8 minutes from my last time. In life like in a race, you go faster and harder at the end. #keeppushingforward @hyroxamerica Would you try this race?

#REPOST 🔬📡 Microwaves are more powerful than you think. Reposting from @deansheremet , who shows that once you understand how a microwave actually works, it becomes one of the most useful tools in the kitchen. From reheating smarter to changing texture and moisture, it is all about physics, not shortcuts. Microwaves heat food by exciting water molecules, not by making food radioactive. When used correctly, they can be fast, efficient and surprisingly precise. Food science does not make cooking complicated. It makes it better. 🎥 Original video by @deansheremet #foodscience #cookinghacks #kitchentips #microwave #kitchentech

Life is good. Here is to forty five. To the lessons Iearned and the peace I have earned. This is my forty thrive year, where I slow down enough to hear my own heart, stay steady for my son, and keep becoming the man I hope he sees when he looks at me.
