Back in September, I had the opportunity to DP a project featuring the new Honda Passport. These remote shoots are always an adventure. This one in Wyoming included tons of off-roading and a bit of trailblazing. Always a good time with the @cotumedia crew!

I love working with @obedpadilla_ because we’re both genuinely passionate about what we do. Even if there were no money involved, I know we’d still be creating. I’m completely in love with the process, though sharing my work is one of my least favorite parts. This video, in particular, led to one of my biggest jobs to date—proof that incredible opportunities can come from doing what you love purely for the sake of it.
This was one of those rare projects where everything just clicked.
A tight turnaround, a fast-moving concept — but the right people made it all come together.
I got to blend two of my favorite things: music and cars, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to bring it to life.
Huge thanks to @cabralu , @tigresounds & @lexususa for the trust.

Nobody really thinks about the rodeo clown.
They see the fall…
but not the one who steps in after.
Lately, I’ve been simplifying everything down to one question:
how would I explain it to my son?
This is my answer.
Rodeo Clown — @obedpadilla_
Made it a business to mind my business.
Less noise, more work. That’s the deal now.
I don’t post much anymore. Not because nothing’s happening, but because everything is. And most of it doesn’t need an audience to matter.
This year’s been a blur of early mornings, late nights, chasing something just out of reach. Trying to build something real. Trying not to miss the good parts while I’m at it.
Somewhere in the middle of all that… I’m a dad. And that’s the part that keeps me honest. Keeps the whole thing from drifting off into something hollow.
It’s a strange balance. Creating, providing, showing up. You get it wrong some days. You get it right just enough to keep going.
It’s work. A lot of it.
But it’s the kind you don’t mind carrying.
When the cameras cut and the noise falls away, you’re left with yourself. That can feel like an empty place. I’m grateful that home is where the color comes back. Just trying to keep a grip on the work that feeds us and the moments that feed the soul.
Last week, Logan got to be in a new music video for @obedpadilla_ . Lately he’s been showing a lot of interest in what I do, so he decided to make one of his own.
Consider this the directing debut of Logan Wolf. Unfortunately his DP (Dad) couldn’t just film it normally and had to make it a little weird.
His song choice? Broncos y Benzes, his favorite jam right now. 🎬💀
