We were proud to recognise the incredible hard work and commitment shown throughout the academic year across the Teacher Leadership, Middle Leadership and Year Head Development Programmes, and the RISE/Provision Mapping Teams. The showcase highlighted the passion, innovation, and impact of staff working together to further their professional development and support student success and wellbeing.
A special congratulations also to our Men’s GAA team on becoming Dublin Inter-Firms Champions 👏 An outstanding achievement that reflects teamwork, resilience, and determination both on and off the field.
The event was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate learning, leadership, partnership, and the many accomplishments achieved across the year. Well done to everyone involved in making the evening such a success! And a massive thank you to Food Village for supporting the event and providing delicious food for all attendees.

PLCs and new tertiary degree routes are giving students more options than ever to build skills, gain confidence, explore their interests, and shape a future that’s right for them.
This recent Irish Times piece highlighted Ryan, a former Dublin College Blackrock (formerly Blackrock Further Education Institute) student, whose PLC provided a pathway to further study and new opportunities.
Ryan completed a PLC in Applied Psychology at Dublin College Blackrock, which not only gave him confidence in his academic abilities but also provided a strong foundation for his current studies in Applied Psychology at IADT Dublin.

A keynote speech from minister of state, Robert Troy and a panel discussion with Regional Literacy Coordinator, Dublin College, AIB Clondalkin Branch Manager, Money Advice and Budgeting Service Debt Advisor and An Garda Siochána. Congratulations to Emma who has been named a top ten finalist in this year’s Screwfix Trade Apprentice competition 👏
Emma who is currently studying carpentry and joinery at Dublin College Dún Laoghaire, fought off strong competition from more than 3,000 applicants from across the UK and Ireland to secure a coveted place in the national final.

Go raibh math agaibh to our post primary schools who took part in DDLETB’s Inaugural Inter Schools Tráth na gCeist in Head Office. It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our students agus Gaeilge. The students showed incredible enthusiasm throughout. It was an exceptionally close-knit contest, with just a single point dividing the top three teams. Because the competition was so tight—and as this was our inaugural year—we decided to forgo a tie-breaker round and declare joint winners.

Huge thanks to Helen, Jimmy and the wonderful team at @ddletb@collinstownpark and the over 50 magnificent volunteers from Round Towers GAA for their incredible work on the day. Thanks to them, children with additional needs and their families got to experience a real sense of inclusion, as they played indoor games and even got to experience cycling on a range of special mobility bikes on Variety Ireland’s Cycling Inclusion Track at the DDLETB centre. 🙏❤️🥰
Big shout out too to the Community @gardai_siochana a team from Ronanstown, who not only joined in the afternoon games with the children and their parents, but were also on hand to control the traffic at this large event.🙏❤️
