A surreal moment that I’ll never forget. Dancing on stage with some talented beasts and feeling love and support all around is so hard to find. @offsetcrew has truly gave me a home and a place to feel like a family in the world of hip hop. From being 4th place last year to bringing home 1st was such a big accomplishment and we couldn’t have done it without support and commitment from the crew, push an drive from the choreographers and love and laughter from @noeahjacobs Here’s to community. Here’s to culture. Here’s to God. OSC SEASON 3 LOADING….

Took my best friend to Tennessee and somehow found ourselves living out our wildest dance fantasy, surrounded by some of the most humbling, open-hearted humans I’ve ever met. Being an Apprentice for the winter intensive with @the_rippleffect_ was an absolute gift — an intense mental journey that stretched me, grounded me, and filled me with so much joy. Every challenge felt purposeful, every moment deeply rewarding. Endless gratitude to @floodpopp and @justinconte for believing in me and trusting me to create “Take a Seat.” Having mentors and educators who were fully present, deeply supportive, and invested in every step of the process was truly a dream. I wish it didn’t have to end, but I’m forever grateful for everything I absorbed along the way. To the dancers — thank you for your generosity, vulnerability, and brilliance. Watching you move, listen, and commit so fully was nothing short of inspiring. To my cast: thank you for trusting me and for working so fearlessly on this piece, for stepping outside the norms, embodying discomfort, and committing to the storytelling with such honesty and courage. You brought this work to life in ways I’ll never forget. To the other apprentices- the inspirational stamp you guys left me with, is forever in my heart. Thank you so so much @lisamovingon for opening your lovely home to Isaiah and I and supporting me and striving in the arts community for the past 2 years- whenever you want a home in Miami, I’m here for you. And to my best friend — @isaiahgon — thank you for being endlessly adventurous, for saying yes to every unknown, and for being my constant source of love and support for the past ten years. There is no one else I’d rather share moments like this with.

This post was long over due.. but I had to take my time to soak up the talent, the energy the love, the passion, the discoveries…. I just couldn’t do it right away. But here goes nothing! First and foremost, I’m so incredibly blessed to have been chosen for Season 2 @captiv8docu Being mentored by the one and only @nulyphe02 felt like a dream but one that I know that can make everything come true in the near future. The push, the tears, the motivation was raw and moving. So I thank you for that. To my cohorts.. you have all inspired me and have shared your passion and intelligence through and through ; the level of trust and vulnerability we all shared was the biggest and most heartfelt moment.. or moments- I’ll forever cherish. Exploring through California was definitely a trip in itself but what a spontaneous experience.. from going to a salsa class with one of the biggest choreographers in the game, to seeing my best friend tour for broadway, to snapping my ankle in half! I inhabited so much. I’m curious for more. I regret nothing. Till next time Cali💕 ( let me just heal this ankle first lol)
