Today, we were informed that several past projects produced by 10:09 Creative have been adapted into AI-animated versions that appear to use the actors’ voices and likenesses. We were not notified or consulted regarding these adaptations. At the time, our company’s involvement was limited to the live-action production itself. After production wrapped, distribution, platform management, and IP-related matters were handled by the client/platform side rather than directly by us. We understand the concerns and frustration this situation has caused within the creative community, especially among the actors and collaborators involved. We have already raised the issue with the platform and are actively following up to better understand the situation and seek an appropriate resolution. 10:09 Creative’s longstanding position is that AI should not be used in ways that infringe upon performers’ likeness rights or negatively impact the livelihoods and creative rights of artists and crew members. We will continue monitoring how the platform addresses this matter moving forward. Thank you to everyone who brought this to our attention and shared their concerns with us. Until this matter is properly addressed, we will respectfully decline collaborations with companies whose primary business model centers around AI-generated content. David T.W. If the previous piece showed the shine of silverdream, this one feels different—like a quiet moment after the storm. 🌧️✨ I’m truly thankful to the client for this opportunity, and for the trust that helped me find my confidence and passion for creating again. This project came with plenty of challenges. Half of the team was brand new, and the conditions weren’t easy—wire work, fire scenes, rain scenes, car crashes, a 5-year-old lead who could only be on set three hours a day, and almost a full week of nonstop rain (yes, even on the wire day…). And somehow, when it was finally time to shoot the rain scene—the sun came out. ☀️ But moments like these are exactly why I love filmmaking. Sometimes, it feels like waking up from a dream— the memories are still there, just slowly fading with time. 🌫️ Not every fairytale has a perfect ending, but every experience becomes a step toward growth and learning. What a year 2025 has been. By God’s grace, I had the privilege of working with 🎭 349 actors and 🎬 104 crew members to complete six truly unbelievable mini-series. On top of that, I was honored to direct several commercials, a series of documentary films, and a corporate promotional video. I want to take this moment to sincerely thank every client who gave me an opportunity, every crew member who trusted me, every actor who gave their all, and every audience member who chose to watch the stories we told. As the owner and director of 10:09 Creative Groups, I’m deeply grateful—and excited to keep creating and reaching new heights together in 2026. This year was also a year of “enlarging the territory.” God blessed our family with the arrival of our son, expanded my work, elevated my calling in ministry, and continued to shape and strengthen my spiritual life. I’m thankful for His guidance and protection—for never leaving me nor forsaking me, whether on the mountaintop or in the valley. As I step into 2026, my prayer is to continue being used by God, creating with purpose, and sharing the Gospel through the work I do. All glory to Him.
