When three became four ❤️ 23/05/2025 I'm so happy to finally share our news... This is the reason I have taken so much time away from this space. Through pregnancy and the first few weeks postpartum, I wanted to focus my energy on us. We are all obsessed with our little girl and, with watching our eldest, become the sweetest and most caring big brother. I'm still savouring this magical newborn bubble and enjoying every moment. Before founding my business I worked as a freelance designer and project manager at Ogilvy, The Beautiful Meme, Studio Frith and Brave New World, where I collaborated across a range of branding and creative projects for both commercial and cultural clients. I now run Alexandra Lunn Studio Ltd. a design and creative agency offering services in typography, branding, art direction, editorial design and bespoke visual communication. We collaborate with clients across cultural, fashion, editorial, and commercial sectors. Each project is an opportunity to push creative boundaries while staying true to our values of clarity, openness and care. Whether you're a founder building a personal brand, or a company who wants to stand out with something different, we strive to create work that tells powerful stories and makes a lasting impact. Couldn’t make it along to the launch breakfast for my new business @_well_crafted_ at @old_sessions_house last week? Don’t worry! Our next creative workshop is on the horizon in May; DM us for details! If you missed it, here’s a recap of what we covered: Claire Koryczan, Rain Chan and sicgmone kludje as well as artists, makers and learning and development professionals joined us for a panel, that covered how times are changing and how we are redefining workplace culture along with it. Here’s what our panelists spoke about: @ck_sunnysideup , founder of Imagine Beyond shared insights on how tuning into a more relaxed state of mind through play and craft can support our mental health, team camaraderie and professional development which in turn creates a better quality of work, retention of staff and a more successful business. A win–win!   @rainshuaiyu , founder of @cahaya.studios , brought a fresh perspective from her experience in creative industries and pleating. She also emphasised the powerful role process and experimentation has when creating anything new.    @sicgmone kludje, co–founder of @blackgirlknitclub shared her experiences of teaching at @unioftheartslondon the @vamuseum , @bbc and how participating in mindful, relaxing activities has had a transformative effect on corporate teams and groups. We are spending so much of our time disconnected and distracted by technology etc. however, by engaging in a creative task, exercise or meditation your body will remember all the ways to relax: your brainwaves will go from an agitated beta to a calmer alpha and eventually to the theta. Your respiration, heart rate and blood pressure will go down; because of all this, you’ll make good decisions, have new ideas, be more present and perform even be better at work and in general— be a better person to be around.
