WE BELONG HERE 💰💰
We belong in spaces where decisions are made. We belong in conversations about wealth, opportunity, and power. We belong at the table—not as guests, but as builders, leaders, innovators.
This historic moment is for:
•The single mothers fighting to change the future for their kids
• The Black (yes I said black) entrepreneurs breaking barriers 🔨
• The grassroots leaders who refuse to stop building, no matter the odds 🧱
The Nasdaq bell is loud, but our message is louder. These words aren’t just for those who heard them in the moment—it was for every person who’s ever been told they don’t belong in spaces like this.
📌 I have the confidence to speak the truth on a global stage because of The Village we have that supports this work everyday. I have no fear because of the pioneers that fought for us to occupy places and spaces like this ✊🏾✊🏿✊🏽

Started the day after an inspiring #PurposeClub💜 on a high note at Good Morning Washington with the most important woman in my life 👸🏽🌞🎥
We shared the heart and soul behind @GOODProjectsDC mission, the transformative power of love in engaging youth, and how Family Success Planning is redefining support for our communities.
Plus, a special invite to our Earth Day event #April20th—can’t wait to see you there! 🌍💚
And hey, if this whole nonprofit thing doesn’t work out, seems like I have a future in television 😉🎤

#LinkInBio Starting today, all girls and menstruators will have FREE unrestricted access to menstrual products at King Greenleaf Recreation Center in SW @GOODProjectsDC is teaming up with our partners at @itsaugust@dcdpr@dcdgs@goodworkscreative DC to help the city document gaps and demand that what was promised in legislation actually shows up where our girls live
In DC, menstrual equity is law—but for Black girls, it’s still not reality.
Four years ago, the city passed laws requiring free menstrual products in schools and public buildings like rec centers.
Those laws exist. Full access does not.
Right now, girls in communities like ours are still dealing with systems that aren’t showing up where they’re supposed to.
This isn’t small. Nearly 1 in 5 students have missed school because they didn’t have access to menstrual products—and it hits low-income Black girls the hardest.
So we’re not waiting.
This isn’t a program.
This is progress.
Pull up to Charm School today. Be a part of the fight to end #PeriodPoverty
#RIPNeal #LinkInBio This Saturday please join our community in celebrating the life of Cornelius “Neal” McDonald. A father, a son, a brother, a believer, a community servant, a musician, a friend…We continue to honor his life and legacy in the way he would’ve wanted - thru song and dance.
The ultimate side quest, in October 2021 Neal along with a group of volunteers built the first “Peace Garden” in Southwest DC, turning vacant space into a herb and vegetable garden for seniors in the community. That initiative would go on to spark the development of several other “Peace Gardens” around the community turning blighted spaces into hubs of fellowship and food.
Prior to the festival kicking off on Saturday, beginning at 10AM members of the community and family will be convening at the festival grounds for the dedication and Grand Opening of the newest “Peace Garden” in honor of #Neal and his legacy.
Please continue to keep his family in your thoughts and prayers in this season. We look forward to seeing festival goers of all ages join us Saturday for a day of fun and fellowship for the family #StaySolid
We can’t tweet 🐦 our way out of this as a city
Like thousands of people at the Bullpen every weekend, our young people want to be outside in the city—and instead of guidance, opportunity, or support, they are being met with chaos. Many have management tactics. Few have actual solutions.
At GOODProjects, we’re not here to debate the problem—we’re here to address it head on
We’re calling for real action:
1. Invest in community-based organizations already doing the work
2. Fund safe, consistent youth spaces and programming like Late Night Hypes all over the city not just SW
3. Support year-round jobs and pathways for young people
4. Shift resources from reaction to prevention
If the city is serious about public safety, it starts here.
We’ve built a model that works. We’ve seen the impact in the lives of young people. Now it’s time to scale what’s proven.
This isn’t about blame—it’s about responsibility.
If you’re in a position to fund, partner, or advocate—now is the time.
Let’s move #together
GOOD Morning God’s People
Let our hearts not grow weary or our bodies tired for the fight has just begun. But find joy today in knowing the victory is already won #ClaimingIt
