From injury rehabilitation to preparation and performance with @andrew_pap_ as he prepares to take on the 250km race in Jungfrau-Aletsch in the Swiss Alps! 12 weeks ago Andrew came in with an acute hamstring tear. Catching up for treatment with @camwatkins_87 they have been leaving no stone unturned since first rehabilitating the initial hamstring injury, but now it’s about the whole body being fully prepared for this rigorous challenge through the Swiss Alps! This legend has not missed a beat with rehab and with another 6 weeks to prepare for the Swiss Alps he will continue to bulletproof his body and we know he will thrive in this race! Becoming unstoppable @mitchell.durham ❤️‍🔥 Here are some behind the scenes footage of the movement/ mobility sessions Mitch has been doing with @camwatkins_87 in 2026! Mitch just took out Double gold at the Australian Open 🇦🇺🥇 And is now preparing for a huge second half of the year including the National Championships, Oceania Team Championships and World Cup. He is such a joy to work with and we will continue to do what we can, to keep challenging him and help him to thrive in doing what he loves!!

8 weeks on from a femoral shaft bone stress injury, on top of an already existing bilateral Achilles tendinopathy, and Neek is back hopping! Still a work in progress with a big goal to make it to Sydney Marathon, but our hopes are still high. So proud of how far she’s come whilst juggling full time work and mum life. Shout out to all our female athletes doing amazing things after growing a tiny human. Not pictured: - Gym work of course - Progression to incline walking, then to a repeat MRI to confirm bone healing before return to running - Sports Doctor input with huge thanks to Dr Maia Simmonds @breckenhealthsouthperth - Me yelling at Neek (encouraging words always…)

We’re very excited to welcome @lilyaudas to the team at @darchphysio ! 🎉🥳 Lily is a passionate physiotherapist who loves helping people get back to doing what they enjoy, moving with confidence and without pain. Growing up in a country town, sport and an active, outdoor lifestyle played a central role in her life from a young age.   Having played netball her entire life, Lily continues to stay active through a mix of team sport, strength training and Pilates. Her sporting background, along with her experience as a sports trainer with the Subiaco football club, has given her valuable insights into injury management and the demands of both training and competition.   Lily takes a holistic approach to treatment, combining hands-on therapy with personalised exercise programs to support long-term outcomes. She is passionate about empowering her clients to build strength, move well, and return to the activities they love.
