Dream Voice 🌬️ The last single off of Less Precious, coming this Friday. We shot this video only a few weeks after Domino. It was a “get in the car I have another idea” moment, and Darby busts her ass behind the camera for a few hours and pulls this magic out of seemingly nowhere. Idk how she does it. She translates my language into her language and suddenly it’s this whole new thing I couldn’t see on my own, and I have a new understanding of myself, & of Darby, & of how art and collaboration are something mystical. In tryna think of what to write about this song, I texted her this earlier today- i remember listening to dream voice on my laptop in our bedroom with you and you being actually hype on it and i was like… 😭 maybe these songs could really go somewhere, maybe they’re good, or maybe this is the happy moment right here. like rocking out with just you and dreaming and scheming is all i could really ever ask for. & Huge thank you to Dan for editing.
