@Danny_bowien is a James Beard Award–winning chef, cookbook author, founder of @missionchinesefoodny , and currently revitalizing the menu @buddakannyc . He received an Emmy nomination for his season of Mind of a Chef, and @nytimes named Mission Chinese Food Restaurant of the Year.
