Meet the first three chefs joining us for Sup-sup sui 濕濕碎: Mister Jiu’s 10 years in Chinatown, Presented by @Resy ! @Danny_bowien is a James Beard Award–winning chef, cookbook author, founder of @missionchinesefoodny , and currently revitalizing the menu @buddakannyc . He received an Emmy nomination for his season of Mind of a Chef, and @nytimes named Mission Chinese Food Restaurant of the Year.
