Présentation des professeurs (15 / 27) ✨ Waacking ✨ Dani [École S.W.A.G. Studio] Le Waacking est une danse née au début des années 1970 dans les clubs gays de Los Angeles, au sein des communautés afro-américaines et latino-américaines. Caractérisé par des mouvements rapides et expressifs des bras, des poses inspirées du cinéma hollywoodien et une forte théâtralité, il s’est développé comme un acte de liberté face au racisme et à l’homophobie. Improvisé et musical, cette danse valorise l’affirmation de soi, l’identité et la performance individuelle. Née en Italie, Dani se forme très tôt à la culture Hip-Hop avant de découvrir le Waacking, discipline qu’elle pratique intensivement depuis maintenant dix ans, développant progressivement un style personnel nourri par l’improvisation, la musicalité et l’expression scénique. Référence internationale, elle remporte de nombreuses battles à travers le monde et est invitée à se produire lors d’événements d’envergure, notamment la cérémonie d’ouverture des Jeux Olympiques, ainsi que sur les scènes de l’Opéra de Paris et au sein de la compagnie Madoki. La singularité de Dani réside dans une pratique profondément expressive, héritée de l’histoire militante de cette danse qu’elle transmet comme un outil d’émancipation, d’acceptation de soi et d’incarnation libre de son identité. Parallèlement à la scène, Dani collabore avec de grandes marques internationales telles que Hermès, Dior et Red Bull, tout en enseignant depuis plusieurs années à travers des cours réguliers et workshops, où elle accompagne danseurs amateurs et professionnels dans le développement d’un langage artistique personnel, ancré dans la culture, la performance et la transmission. #festivalmultidansesparis #waacking #waack #clubdance #danseparis
