Last week at one of my sessions I put on one of @jon.kwizera “Bring Back The Boom Bap” series mixtapes and right at the beginning was this shout out message from Poe. This one really hit me and resonated with me. Life always has its ups and downs and truly music is what heals us and like Poe said it is like a medicine to us Bboys and Bgirls. Thank you for reminding me what it means to always Get Down to that music that we love. No politics, no talk, no bullshit matters. Just enjoy the music and Get Down. That’s all we need.
