When @stephanfarina.dp shares a few first looks from @to_the_hilt_film and the images are🔥🔥🔥🔥 This location was a challenge due to lots of rain and multiple lightning delays but sometimes less is more and with the just one @aputure.lighting XT52 we were able to create something truly cinematic. Can’t wait to see more from this film!

Travelled up to @goplin_enclosures and help film their latest lineup of incredible, handmade drum enclosures. We drove the truck straight in to the warehouse and used almost the entire 2.5 tons to create a dynamic set that helps promote each of these amazing products. Huge thanks to @mason_griff_ and @thebardcreates for having us out and to @logan.schantz for coming along and helping with this massive project.
Filmmaking is wild! You never know what you’re going to be filming one day to the next. We got the chance to take the truck out late in 2025 and gaff a new video for @rokkr and @g2esports . So much fun working on this one day project with the legendary @lensofjared and @vicentemosorio .
Filmmaking is all about problem solving. When we shot in a massive hangar last fall and needed to block the real sun so our fake sun (Aputure XT52 ftw!!) could shine at the proper angle. @calzada_productions was able to rig up a perfect 20x on a scissor lift. You may not always know what you’ll need but having a fully loaded 2.5 ton truck ensures that you are ready for all eventualities.
Gaffed a project in a building where none of the overheads were the same anything. Simple solution- mount the @aputure.lighting infinibars overhead using their incredible magnets and create consistent lighting that could be controlled from my Sidus App. Can’t wait for people to see the results from this awesome project.
Got to travel last month to gaff a @nickelodeon special episode with @seandoesmagic and @monsterjam 🤯🤯🤯One of the craziest things they asked our department to do was build slime bucket rigs for key points in the episode. Thankfully I brought the best of the best @stephanfarina.dp and he knocked it out of the park with this simple but super effective contraption. Check it out!!
