It’ll come as no surprise we’ve found it hard to put into words the whole run of Byrne’s Night. We haven’t known where to start, but for now we’re going to start with a thank you.
Thank you to all of our incredible musicians and performers (about 150 over the 4 days) who made all the shows so so special. Thank you to everyone who took the mic for some Burns and some words. Thank you to our incredible crew who made the whole thing run SO SLICK and worked so hard to deliver an amazing show. Thank you to the venues, and to everyone who came and danced and sang with us.
Many more posts to come but for now a thank you to every single person who made Byrne’s Night 2026 happen. Our biggest and best yet. ❤️

David Byrne’s Night: How a joke that went too far became the hottest ticket in London 🎤
As the depths of January set in, often called the most depressing time of the year, one bright spot has consistently lifted the mood for London music fans. David Byrne’s Night is returning, and it has become something to look forward to.
What began as a Talking Heads cover night featuring some of London’s most exciting acts has now levelled up, turning tribute performances into one of the most in-demand events in the city.

Sunday night was so much fun we want to do another! This time we’re cooling down post Byrne’s Night with a special screening of American Utopia + David Byrne/Talking Heads/adjacent karaoke.
Spike Lee’s American Utopia (2020) captures David Byrne’s Broadway-era live show at its most expansive and human. Built around the album of the same name, it’s a radically reimagined concert film: no stage, no cables, total freedom of movement. Byrne and his band drift, dance and interlock through songs old and new, blending Afro futurist rhythm, art-pop precision and quit political reflection. Shot at New York’s Hudson Theatre, it’s life-affirming, tender and urgent and a celebration of collective movement and radical optimism in uncertain times.
Tickets on @dicefm .
