iPhone photo before I sent them off to a photoshoot. This will always be my favourite type of makeup to do. I originally was going to do a fashion makeup but I didn’t want to. For my job I have to do what other people want me to do. So when I have freedom, I will always go off in a dark beauty hybrid . Smudgy , witchy that can be beautiful or terrifying . I used @danessamyricksbeauty Color fix in tribe and blackout . And the Illuminating veil on the body.
User @bennyemakeup airbrush vintage black and white with splatter tips on my @iwata_airbrush revolution for a strange texture all over. I made it big and drippy and splotchy. All my MUFX people will cringe . Cringe on 🤣 and leave me in my world!
Added some @dermaflage red around eyes.

Made the lashes and gave everything to @raybound.exe for being such a fun and easy model to work with.
Today I joined in with my group and did a quick makeup and took some iPhone photos with @raybound.exe . Don’t worry, they went out and did some proper photos afterwards but here a few shots from the lobby. I’ll post some more of the makeup shortly.
Haven’t posted a normal makeup look in a awhile. I also feel like I forget how to do regular beauty makeup sometimes. . I don’t spend as much time on this page as I do on my performer page. This one kind of takes care of itself.
This is the @patmcgrathreal eyeshadow palette And the lashes are @hausofv.inc “ lulu” and my new favourite thing are the high key gloss from @kimchichicbeauty . Really lovely coverage , colour and hold. My lips are tricky to line and hold colour especially with gloss. These work really well for me.
My other new favourite product is the @danessamyricksbeauty blurring setting spray. Excellent hold and beautiful finish. Pic was taken at home 6 hrs after application / after a photoshoot. So solid win. You can tell my age based on the contour / blush placement. I was raised by @kevynaucoin ❤️

It was fun and this class is a good group of students.
I used a combo of @kryolanofficial aquacolor Suva Hydraliners and I’ve been using a product I just found online @bobisuka liquid@bodypaint and it goes beautifully through the airbrush. It’s true water base so will not be stable in a lot of situations but I’ve ordered a bunch of the products and will test them .

Last minute (somewhat) Bodypaint on @maverick_on_stage for @thetabooshow for @ghostcoaststudios booth .
3hrs - total .. as I pre painted for 2hrs 15 min .. then travelled to show and did some detailing for a bit.
Used @kryolanofficial aquacolour base in black, and purple. Textured and airbrushed @mehronmakeup copper, silver and gold pigment . Used some stencils I had kicking around from @airsickstencils and another small one on the face from @ebaperformancemakeup . And mainly.. I used an envelope for the edge . Literally an envelope.
Anyone who knows me is not surprised.

We raised $3904 for the DugOut Drop in Centre. We’ll do it again next year.
Jan 31 I turn 53 years old.
I don’t always get it right. In fact .. I probably get it wrong a lot. I fight through fear a lot. I have been fortunate to have made my living being an artist and a teacher but it’s been tough lately. I have no security. I have no net worth. I don’t own anything. I had hoped it would be different at the age that I’m at. But it’s not. Do I regret it? Can’t say I do. It’s what I know. Will I need to start again soon? Maybe. Things didn’t turn out the way I thought . But I have great friends and the family that I still have left in this world ( which isn’t many) are good. I usually stay behind scenes. I do things quietly. I help when and where I can and I stay private about a lot of it. I will say something if I see it. I will help when I can. I will try even if I fail. I will try to lead more with grace. To others and to myself but I’m also ready to fight more too. And maybe even a bit more publicly. I’m going to bed with high hopes I feel better in the morning. I was outside too much in bad weather for too long today and my asthmatic lungs are not good. I knew it wouldn’t be good but I felt a need to show we are watching. Anyways. Saturday night will be 🔥
