For three weeks starting in February and extending into early March, I had the pleasure of traveling around the US (and also across the Atlantic) for @microsoft as they prepared for their 50th Anniversary Celebration earlier this month. Our small crew profiled Microsoft Copilot AI @microsoftcopilot users in New Mexico, Oklahoma, Kentucky, Nebraska, Tennessee and Florida. We also spent several days in London, shooting in the city and also traveling to Leicester and South Hampton. We were busy either flying or shooting just about every single day, but I couldn’t have had a better time. The team and I met some really sweet and cool people, had some stressful adventures driving on the opposite side of the road, and took something like 14 flights in 22 days. Anyway, here are bunch of stills followed by a few excerpts from the finished project, shown at the Microsoft 50th anniversary event held a few weeks ago. Excited to share today’s release of the music video for “Break” by the inimitable Alkaline Trio (@alkaline_trio ), which I was lucky enough to DP earlier this month alongside my longtime collaborator and friend, director Claire Marie Vogel (@oclaire ). Super psyched on how this one turned out, and so happy to have gotten to work with Matt, Dan and Atom. The guys kept up a great energy throughout the day, and @atomwillardisme supplied us with dad jokes nearly as fierce as his skills on the drums.
