This week’s smooth BLEND mix is curated by Seattle underground community leader @ctrl_mp333 - his vision of diversifying dance floors in Seattle has paved the way for future generations of queer and black artists.
CTRL.MP3 aka Arel, Alabama-born and raised, DJ/ Producer. Currently based in Seattle and known to be one of Seattle’s staples and leaders in the electronic underground, helping to carve out space for more black and queer electronic artists. On the dance floor, he brings a bag for everyone, from classic soulful house to hard-hitting techno to bass-rattling footwork and club. A true archivist and historian of music across many genres.

Diving into emotional club tracks, electro, dub techno, garage, classic house sped up, and etc. A strong experimentation of navigating a mixed bag of genres in a seamless way to tell a story as a music-obsessed person.
