Our phenomenal show, @appropriateplay took home 3 honors from @thetonyawards on Sunday - including Best Lead Actress in a Play for our genius star @mssarahcatharinepaulson ; Best Lighting Design of a Play for Jane Cox; and Best Revival of a Play for our entire team!!
The best thing about this evening was getting to spend it with surrounded by friends. Thank you God for the honor of playing at this level.

November ends…but gratitude remains. So much to be grateful for this month and always - but one thing in particular is the full circle moment of @purplerainbway . To know me is to know the deep impact Prince Rodgers Nelson has had on my life. No version of me is complete without him - so, to experience the fullness of serving as a co-producer for the world premiere of the musical based on his opus, is more than I could’ve imagined.
We played our final pre-Broadway performance a week ago today in Prince’s hometown, and all of Minneapolis came out to celebrate its native son. As this journey continues, I’m reflecting on Opening Night, and feeling gratitude for this and all the things I continue to have the opportunity to do in service to my younger self.
In the words of His Royal Badness: “May u live 2 see the dawn.” 💜🕊️☔️

How lucky am I that I got to teach the first-ever Musical Theater track at Grammy Camp New York?!
Now in its 21st year, each summer students from across the U.S. descend upon LA, Miami, and NYC for a week of learning from the best in the biz - everything from music business to jazz performance. With the Musical Theater track exclusive to Grammy Camp NY, we made history last week as the first cohort 🎶 🎭🗽
Thank you to the @grammymuseum for this opportunity. To all the campers - I’m proud of you and I cannot wait to witness your brilliance in its highest form. Special shout out to my amazing friends @jusfatima , @kendall_lazuli , @jquintonjohnson , @ioanaalfonso , @michaelbwashington , and @sammi.cannold who shared their time and talent with us as Grammy Camp guest artists alongside @reneeelisegoldsberry , @sarabareilles , @braxton_cook , and @misschloeflower .
